Shawn Daly began his career in the insurance industry in 2015 after retiring from a distinguished 20-year career with the Auburn Police Department. Following his service in law enforcement, he worked in voluntary insurance before transitioning to the Medicare field, where he has spent the past eight years helping individuals and families confidently navigate the complexities of Medicare.

A lifelong resident of Cayuga County, Shawn is passionate about serving the community he has always called home. He is also a proud United States Navy veteran and earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Administration from Cayuga Community College.

Shawn lives just south of Auburn with his wife, Ashley, and their four children: Amanda, Trey, Meara Evelyn, and Christian James. Outside of work, he enjoys country living, spending time outdoors, and remaining actively involved in his community.

Committed to giving back, Shawn serves on the boards of the Falcon’s Sportsmen’s Club and the Southern Cayuga Sports Conference. He also coaches and sponsors local youth baseball and soccer teams, reflecting his dedication to supporting the next generation. In addition, Shawn is a member of Knights of Columbus Council #207 and a parishioner at St. Mary and St. Martha Parish in Auburn.

Whether assisting clients with their Medicare decisions or volunteering in the community, Shawn is known for his integrity, compassion, and commitment to helping others.
